Vanish — Refund Policy

14-day refund

Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No form, no

justification needed. Your licence key is then deactivated for future versions.

What we cannot refund for

We will still refund you inside 14 days for any reason at all. Outside that window,

these are not grounds for a refund, and we say so plainly up front:

• A data broker refused, ignored, or delayed a deletion request. Vanish writes and

sends a legally grounded demand; it cannot force a company to obey the law.

• A listing came back. Brokers rebuild their records from upstream sources.

Re-running the scan every couple of months is expected use, not a defect.

• A site had no opt-out process, or demanded a photo ID that you did not want to send.
• Public records could not be deleted. Court filings, property records, corporate

registrations and voter rolls are public by law. Nothing can remove them.

Try before you buy

Vanish scans and shows you everything it finds for free, with no licence key. Please

run that first. If it finds nothing worth removing, do not buy it.

How to request one

Email conneryfilm@gmail.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are issued

to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
